MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama volleyball head coach Nicole Keshock will host a pair of camps during the month of July with the first camp set to begin on Monday, July 12.

The Individual Camp – the first of the two camps – will be held July 12-15 at Jaguar Gym for players in grades 2-12.  The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to Noon on Thursday.  At the Individual Camp, players will receive instruction on a multitude of skills to help improve their volleyball game.  All players will be evaluated at the beginning of the camp and then grouped together based on skill level so that instructors can focus on their needs. Tuition for the four-day Individual Camp is $175.  

Registration is also still open for the Setter/Hitter Camp that will be held July 16-17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.  This camp is also open to players grades 2-12.  Setters and hitters will work on improving and refining footwork, technique and precision of their skills.  Tuition for the Setter/Hitter Camp is $75.

No meals will be provided at either camp, so campers are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
