MOBILE, Ala. – Tickets for the University of South Alabama football game against Georgia State will go on sale Monday, July 25, the USA Athletic Ticket Office announced Friday.

Tickets for the Oct. 22 matchup in Atlanta will be just $22, and may be purchased by calling the South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office at (251) 461-1USA (1872).

Season tickets for the Jaguars’ six-game home slate – which begins on Thursday, Sept. 1, against West Alabama – are still on sale, with the cost $85 for sideline seats and $40 for end zone seats. NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (formerly NCAA I-AA) opponents set to visit Mobile in 2011 include Lamar (Sept. 10), Tennessee-Martin (Oct. 15), Mississippi Valley State (Thursday, Nov. 3) and Cal Poly (Nov. 19) in the season finale.

The 2011 campaign will mark the first in a two-year transition for the school to the NCAA FBS level, with the Jaguars eligible to compete for the Sun Belt Conference championship and earn a berth in a bowl game for the first time in 2013.
