Jaguar Highlights: A preseason second-team all-Sun Belt Conference selection at safety by Athlon Sports, earning third-team recognition from  Phil Steele Publications ... Slated to start at strong safety his final year ... Posted five total stops — including four solo — in opening scrimmage of the spring season.

As A Junior (2013): Finished third on the squad with 65 stops while starting all 12 contests at free safety ... Broke up two passes, forced and recovered a fumble as well ... Tied a career high with 11 stops — including an assist behind the line of scrimmage — and recovered a fumble against Arkansas State ... Made seven tackles at both Troy and Navy, with a season-high six solo stops against the Midshipmen ... Matched that total while finishing with six tackles in Georgia State win ... Had seven stops and forced a fumble in victory at Tulane ... Posted six tackles — including five of the solo variety — and broke up a pass at Tennessee, also recording six stops and a pass defensed at Texas State ... Credited with six tackles in win over Louisiana-Monroe as well.

As A Sophomore (2012): Participated in every game, starting each of the final 12 ... Ranked fourth on the team overall and second in the defensive backfield with 71 total tackles, which included 1½ behind the line of scrimmage ... Was one of three individuals with multiple interceptions — he returned two for 18 yards — and finished third on the squad with five passes defensed ... Tied for the team lead with two fumble recoveries as well ... Recorded a career-best 11 total tackles in double-overtime victory over Florida Atlantic Homecoming weekend, sharing the team lead in the category, and he finished with 10 stops in home finale against Middle Tennessee ... All eight tackles at Louisiana-Monroe were of the solo variety, a career-high total, and he also intercepted one pass and broke up another against the Warhawks ... Credited with seven stops at North Carolina State and six the following week at Mississippi State ... Also posted six tackles at Sun Belt Conference champion Arkansas State ... As A Freshman (2010): Played in all 10 games his first year on the collegiate level, both in the defensive backfield and on the kickoff coverage unit ... Posted seven total stops, and recovered a fumble in win over Kentucky Wesleyan ... Credited with a season-high three tackles (two unassisted) in victory at UC Davis ... Made two stops in season finale against Arkansas-Monticello ... Had an assist in win over Georgia State and a solo tackle in Nicholls State victory.

High School Highlights: A two-year starter as both a defensive back and a quarterback at Burke County High ... In two seasons collected 49 total tackles, six interceptions and broke up eight other passes ... On offense, was 244-of-368 for 3,507 yards and 32 touchdowns passing while adding 2,573 yards and 35 scores on the ground during that span ... Helped lead the Bears to a 7-4 finish and a spot in the state AAA playoffs as a senior ... Had two interceptions and two passes defended his final year, while collecting a school season-record 3,128 yards of total offense, as he was selected to the Augusta Chronicle Sweet 16 ... Was 119-of-183 with 14 scores passing, carrying 212 times for 1,418 yards and 20 touchdowns in the fall of 2009 ... Selected honorable mention all-state, as well as the Region AAA and Central Savannah River Area Player of the Year after guiding BCHS to a 9-3 finish and a berth in the state playoffs ... Defensively, had 39 total stops (including 24 solo), intercepted four passes and broke up another six that season ... Set Bear season standards with 125 completions, a 68 percent completion percentage, 18 touchdowns through the air and 1,797 yards passing as a junior, as well as a game record with three touchdown passes against Mary Persons High ...
